Virus Source Code Database
Since there's nothing new on this site, I feel no moral objections to publishing it, besides it could come in useful to those studying programming, malware behavior or that are just bored.
From what I've seen the database is comprised of fairly old viruses mostly in assembly, however I have seen a few c files on the site.
The author of the website has this to say "This source code is provided for computer programming history. This source code can be used for good or evil. It can destroy computer data. Be aware that I am making no claims to authorship or usability of the information found in the Virus Source Code Database. I accept no responsibility for data corruption due to the use of the following information. The information contained on this website is for Information Purposes Only!!!"
Anyways, if you're doing research or bored and wanting to learn, the site is worth a look over. Check it out @ http://www.totallygeek.com/vscdb/m/index.php.
Another sort of cool site on the same subject is at 62nds.com. They have the source code for a few of the more well known and more famous viruses. Check it out @ http://www.62nds.co.nz/pg/e90.php.
Another site that you may want to check out while we're on the subject, a little more on the sketchy side, has tutorials on viruses as we as sample source code. Check it out @ http://www.sirkussystem.com/virus.html.
knowledge is good and we can not mind the fact that people pavert this knowledge for bad then will refuse to give it out to poeple who source it for good.so lets keep the work of sharing knowledge to poeple and leave God to judge those who pavert this for evil.
