		<description>This is sad, idiotic, and annoying. Why do they have to do this? There&#039;s no specific reason. I disable all system sounds in XP, but I won&#039;t be able to do so in Vista - I guess that&#039;s just another reason why I won&#039;t be buying Vista until I have to (for games). But, hopefully, by then, game developers will be porting their games to work on Linux.

I guess a workaround would be to replace the .wav, .mp3 or .whatever sound file that Windows uses, or to just delete it altogether... Unless I am missing something, and M$ have designed it so that the file cannot be modified or deleted?
