I have Opera installed on my computer but stick with Firefox. However, I went to the Opera site and clicked download. That took me to this page:

http://www.opera.com/download/get.pl?id=28547&thanks=true&sub=true

After waiting for what seemed like a minute or two but was probably only 30 or 40 seconds, the box popped up to save the file. Opera_9.10_Eng_Setup.exe is on ftp://ftp.olnevhost.net

I didn't think it was country specific, but rather language specific.
