For people that read my blog and don't read 360 Security, I wanted to share a blog post I recently posted over there. The concept is simple... and previously discussed, however I recently dealt with the result of this new trend and wanted to bring it to the attention of people who are unaware. Essentially certain vendors, to maintain a outward facing look of security, have moved DoS from a vulnerability affecting availability to a stability issue caused by a bug.
